Keep the loop small
I run local LLMs on my machine and keep n8n self-hosted. Most side projects start as weekend vibe coding with Claude Code.
The loop is simple: one small idea, a working workflow, then a live URL.
Scope does most of the work
When the scope stays tight, an idea can move to live in one evening. The goal is not to make the first version look larger than it is.
Shipping gives me something concrete to test, keep or change. That is enough for an evening.
